I want you to feel completely confident investing in The Quiet Bin Method. That's why I offer a 30-day results-based guarantee — because I believe in this method and I believe in you.

My Guarantee

If you do the work and don't establish a Quiet Time routine your child actually participates in, I will refund your investment. No runaround, no hard feelings.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request to hello@thequietbin.com within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify, include all four of the following:

1. Your 4 Quiet Time expectations and boundaries for your family (from the Day 4 workbook page)
2. Photos of at least 5 completed Quiet Bins showing the activities you curated
3. Your completed Stamina Tracker showing at least 10 attempted Quiet Time sessions with your child
4. A brief note explaining what you tried and why it wasn't a fit for your family

Refund requests submitted without all four items cannot be approved.

A Few Important Details

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Upon approval, access to course materials will be revoked. Requests submitted after 30 days from purchase cannot be honored, regardless of circumstance.

On Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to contact us at hello@thequietbin.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or credit card company. We respond within 24–48 hours and are committed to resolving concerns fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be disputed.
